Abstract: The primary function of a measuring station is the accurate measurement of natural gas. The basic factors which Influence i t s design are safety, accuracy, f l e x i b i l i t y , and econooiy. The design of high pressure measurement and regulating f a c i l i t i e s and the concept of design as discussed herein w i l l include the various phases of planning, construction, and inspection. Measurement w i l l be considered to be by o r i f i ce meter but much of the material is applicable to other types of measurement.
