Abstract: Problem is defined as a question raised for inquiry, consideration or solution. Problems involved in offshore gas measurement bring these three aspects-inquiry, consideration, and solution-into sharp focus when we, the interested people, get together. What do we mean by offshore? Offshore to some is a stones throw from land, while to others it may mean a distance of thirty or sixty miles. We will attempt in this session to get from the experience of this group the solution to some of our problems.
