Abstract: Mass measurement eliminates the need to compensate for the effects of compressibility and non-ideal mixing of stream mixtures containing ethane. Correction factors developed from physical properties are not required to convert the measurement to standard conditions, thus improving the measurement accuracy by 4 to 9%.
