Title: Calculation Of Liquid Petroleum Quantities

Abstract: The calculation of liquid petroleum quantities takes a form dependent on the measurement system employed. The measurement may be static or dynamic. Each of these basic approaches involves calculation of either mass or volume quantities. Neglecting equipment problems, calculation of liquid petroleum quantities is complicated by three physical characteristics: 1. Thermal expansion, 2. Compressibility, and 3. Non-ideal mixing.
