Abstract: The USAs crude oil distribution system is comprised of networks of terminals, refineries, other storage facilities, pipelines, tankers, barges, rail tank cars, and tank trucks (Figure 1). These elements ultimately move crude oil from its source and transports it to refineries which converts it into consumer products.
