Abstract: To those of us directly involved vith Instruments and gas measurement, accurate and continuous records have always been a prime concern. With the drastic increase in energy consiimption during the past decade and the so-called Energy Crisis, more people have become interested in precise gas measurement. Because of the decrease in availability of natural gas, most companies have had to dust off almost forgotten interruptible contracts and penalty clauses in addition to curtailing deliveries. In severe weather, many companies routinely exchange gas in an effort to see that no area is left without sufficient fuel.
