Abstract: Mass flow measurement of fluids is. receiving Increased attention. It is a fundamental concept that can provide a significant reduction in numbers of variables to be measured and in measurement uncertainties. Its importance is spurred by the increasing value and volume of products being measured, processed and controlled. It has a significant impact on the cost of metering and data processing associated therewith. Both mass flow measurement systems and true, mass flowmeters are discussed.
