Abstract: The terms-High and Low Pressure Gas Regulator could have different meanings to people of different areas of the country. For the purpose of discussion, we will relate the regulators with the type of operating system on which they are to be used. This is necessary because what is high pressure in one part of the country could be intermediate or low pressure somewhere elss. However, the terms- Transmission, Distribution and Appliance Regulators are common to the industry and not the area.
