Abstract: High Tech is here. Just about every black box, hand held calculator, wrist watch and ball point pen is calculating gas volumes. In addition to the electronics, several slide rules, circular charts and flow graphs are available from various sources. They indicate gas volumes for a multitude of purposes including sizing meter tubes and orifice plates, pipeline design and compressor station flows.
