Abstract: Traditional gas custody transfer points between pipeline companies or between pipelines and conventional large industrial users generally follow common designs and are well understood. Large industrial gas loads such as power plants, on the other hand, present measurement and regulation issues different from the typical custody transfer sites. These issues arise from three constraints not found in common custody transfer meter sets.
