Abstract: Gas Chromatography may be classed as a relatively new method of analysis as the method was only beginning to be used in the early part of the year 1957. From that time to the present, the increase of interest in the method has motivated much research and as a result, Gas Chromatography is now widely recognized as one of the significant, advances in the analytical field. While the scope of the method has been broadened to include many types of samples, it is the aim of this paper to discuss the specific application of Gas Chromatography to the analysis of natural gas.
