Abstract: PRCI is a non-profit collaborative research organization ?Membership includes over 60 organizations and operating companies spanning six continents ?Its Measurement Technical Committee is focused exclusively on gas and liquids measurement research and includes 35 pipeline operating companies and five manufacturer associate members ?PRCI members have allocated over 5.6 million since 2006 to conduct 52 projects related to gas and liquid hydrocarbon measurement
