Abstract: The rapid advancement of the highly accurate digital calculator, has greatly increased the use of these devices for gas flow measurement. However, when it comes to control, analog equipment still has some advantages. This discussion will describe how the advantages of both digital and analog equipment can be combined with telemetering to produce a complete control system.
