Abstract: This list of Considerations can be used by the Marketing Representative, Project Engineer, Public Relations Specialist, Counsel, Consultant, Contractor or other responsible personnel. The purpose of this list is to make sure as many potential project-delaying issues, e.g. contaminated soils/hazwopper crew requirements, are identified as early as possible. Many of these considerations may result in the need for a permit, access agreement or public relations effort, all off which will take time and require detailed planning.
