Abstract: We have shown many slides of meter repair equipment here today. It must be remembered that this equipment is just a tool to gain more productivity from the greatest asset to any shop: the highly trained, motivated meter repairman. The expsrts tell us that motivation is a pyramid of values an employee wants and needs psychological needs are the base followed by safety or security needs, ego needs and, finally, the need for self-fulfillment.
