Abstract: When problems in measurement are discussed, in particular offshore measuraiient, most people immediately think of the severe anvirorinent, harsh gas quality and its inpact cxi the orifice plate, bellows or turbine meter blades. Little consideration is given to the overall design, location, and auxiliary equipment.
