Abstract: Marine Terminal Operators demand fast accurate measurement, with a minimal amount of operator intervention. On-line analyzers and flow computers can provide fully automated NSV tickets, and can improve measurement accuracy a full order of magnitude, to +/- 0.02% from +/- 0.25%, or better.
