Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine the use of turbine meters for truck loading and to discuss some of the more important factors that come into play in this application. In order to accomplish t h i s , it w i l l be necessary to develop a basic understanding of turbine meters in general and to become familiar with the peculiarities of loading rack meters.
