Abstract: The expression life ol pipe has no clear definition, although it is often used in connection with corrosion of underground piping. K. H. Logan in Circular C450 by the National Bureau of Standards stales that the expression life of pipe should be avoided.1 He states further that a pipe may be made to last indefinitely, although it might be more economical to replace it.
