Abstract: Flow Computers for custody transfer are a critical element in running a pipeline, as it acts as either the Cash Register or the Toll Booth, and therefore a financial focal point which needs to be both accurate and reliable. It is key that the Flow Computer be installed correctly for both technical and business purposes, and when being replaced or upgraded needs to be put on-stream seamlessly.
