Philosophy: The success of a company is directly dependent upon the skill, dedication and commitment of all of its personnel . . . . especially its leadership (management) group. Objectives: For the company: the best possible current management performance, and a pool of replacement talent (reserves) ready to meet turnover and expansion needs. For the individual manager: a variety of planned experiences combining to implement career management and provide opportunities for self-actualization.
