Abstract: As sampling applications become more diverse it becomes increasingly cha llenging to achieve a representative sample for use in fiscal, allocation , and custody transfer. It is therefore important that a sampling systems performance is evaluated on a regular basis so that any limitations are identified to mitigate the risks to measurement accuracy a nd uncertainty.
