Title: Turbulence And Its Effect In Measuring And Regulating Stations

Abstract: There is a reason for a regulator station being a potential source of noise. It is because potential energy is changed into kinetic energy in the regulators, resulting in high velocities on the downstream side of the regulators. Velocity, however, is only one source of noise, another being mechanical vibration in the regulator body if it is designed so that this can take place.
