Abstract: In these times of shortages of our natural resources and shori budgets, it is becoming more and more importani that your company receive a long and useful life from the equipment that you purchase. I am sure that we all believe that the days of built-in-obsolescencc should come to an end. All companies have depended on fiberglass reinforced plastic hoi slicks, aerial buckets, booms and oiher insulated equipment for many years. Several have enjoyed the advantages of fiberglass reinforced utility bodies for 10 to 13 years and Veterinarians have used them for 16 years.
