Abstract: Uncertainty is an ever-present and universal flaw in observation. Any statement of measurement uncertainty should be free of subjective terms and should not require interpretation but rather it should only require understanding. This paper will not be able to state a quantification of uncertainty but rather it will offer suggestions to aid users in avoiding uncertainty
