Abstract: Since 2010 all fiscal and non-fiscal streams flow measurement and allocation calculations on the operated Centrica Energy Upstream (CEU) offshore facilities in the Dutch continental shelf of the North Sea are implemented by the virtual flow computer (VFC) based systems.
