Abstract: This paper introduces a new concept in odorant control. This new concept incorporates a closed-loop system of automatic odorant injection utilizing an indicating process controller and an odorant analyzer (titrator) as a feedback control for a precise downstream odorant concentration. The system also has a feedforward control enabling quick response during flow changes. This paper will also cover a general description of all the principal components that make up the automatic control system.
