Abstract: The Fluke 792A, a linear solid state thermal transfer standard, is used to make high precision ac/dc transfers between 10 Hz and 1 MHz. This transfer standard has robust input protection, fast settling times, low output drift, and accepts input voltages between 2mV and 1OOOV. Its one year uncertainty is 10 ppm for many amplitudes and frequencies. The ratio of product specification to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) uncertainty is as low as 2: 1.
