Abstract: A gas distribution company is only as good as the service afforded its customers. This service depends, to a large extent. on the equipment used to distribute the gas and on the available pressure at the customers premises and appliances. With this in mind, careful consideration should be given to system growth before actual problems arise. A division of the area into one or more separate distribution systems will be the eventual answer.
