Abstract: Periodically, natural gas measurement standards are created or revised. In the period of 2004 through 2013 many industry gas measurement standards were revised and/or created. It is the intent of this paper to discuss the revisions to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) /American Petroleum Institute (API) MPMS Chapter 14 Section 3 / American Gas Association (AGA) Report Nos. 3 and in particular Part 1 of the fourth edition printed in September 2012.
