Abstract: Accurate measurement system performance is critically dependent upon liquid measurement tasks being performed consistently in accordance with established operational processes and procedures. For both design specifications and operating processes and procedures, a significant amount of effort is required to ensure measurement documents are kept current with respect to equipment advances and potentially changing operating criteria. Routine training and assessments are necessary to ensure equipment is operated and measurement tasks are performed as intended. Assurance programs provide a feedback loop that measures the success of the implemented measurement program so that adjustments can be made to address deficiencies and achieve desired results
