Abstract: Gaz Metropolitain is the most important local distribution company in the province of Quebec, Canada. Over 40 years of distributing natural gas has permitted the company to mark Quebecs history. Today, it serves close to 153,000 customers with 4,900 miles of pipeline and delivers over 208 BCF of natural gas. Servicing customer needs is covered by 175 technicians located in 11 offices across the province. They perform utility related activities as well as servicing many different gas equipment in the residential, commercial and institutional markets.
