Title: Test Instruments For Pressure, Water Vapor And Supercompressibility

Abstract: Volume measurement of natural gas at high pressure is principally accomplised by means of orifice type flow meters, Converting orifice meter readings to low pressure volumes requires exact knowledge of pressure and supercompressibility. Also, it is desirable to measure and limit the water content of natural gases. Water, in free or vapor form, will cause operational difficulties at meter stations and regulators. Free water is easily disposed of, but it is necessary to measure water vapor content in order to maintain a value low enough to prevent difficulty.
