Abstract: The use of Virtual Flow Computing, as proposed herein, is a new concept. However, the implementation is not really new. Virtual Flow Computing is a concept similar to Virtual Operations. Both are viable through the use of technology applied in new ways based on simpler and broader implementation s of other technologies such as telecommunications.
