Abstract: American Gas Association (AGA) Report No.3 is entitled Orifice Metering of Natural Gas and Other Related Hydrocarbon Fluids - Concentric, Square-edged Orifice Meters. It is also known as API MPMS Chapter 14.3. Its normally called AGA 3 in the industry. AGA 3 is divided into four parts. Each part maybe approved and published in a different time. Part 1 is General Equations and Uncertainty Guidelines. The third edition of Part 1 was published October 1990 with second printing June 2003. The fourth edition was published September 2012.
