Abstract: This paper is meant to deal with the development and usage of deliverability methods of rating gas wells in San Juan Basin area of northwestern New Mexico. The production of natural gas has become one of the major industries, and is the mainstay of the economy this portion of New Mexico. It has been estimated that with new drilling and the completion of additional pipe line gathering facilities, this area will be producing approximately a billion cubic feet of natural gas per day mid-1957.
