Abstract: Fill two tubes to exactly 100 parts mark (50 milliliters) of the sample (or the solvent solution if crude sample is viscous) Top each tube with the solvent solution (or 50 milliliter of homogenous test sample) to the 200 parts mark (100 milliliters) Add 0.2 mL of demulsifier solution (In our case DMO 46X) Stopper each tube tightly and invert 10 Gmes Loosen the stopper and immerse the centrifuge tubes in a pre-heater set at the required test temperature of 3C of 60C (71C). For at least 15 minutes in bath maintained at test temperature General practice, sample is put into centrifuge when test temperature is attained.
