Abstract: An appropriate theme for this presentation would be Job Enrichment Through Sense of Achievement. It is a review of the experience of one company, which for reasons detailed later in the paper, switched from the assembly line to the individual repair method, or as we have chosen to call it, total repair method. This was done with the purpose of attempting to create more employee interest in the job and thus relieve monotony and improve morale.
