Abstract: Every pipeline, main, distribution system, customers meter and connected facilities, if connected to a gas source where the failure of pressure control or other causes might result in a pressure which would exceed the maximum allowable operating pressure of the facility, shall be equipped with suitable pressure relieving or pressure limiting devices.
