Abstract: Businesses exist to make money-money for the investor and money for the employee. To continue making money, management must constantly increase its productivity through the effective utilization of materials, manpower, equipment and dollars. Most of you are acquainted with terms such as measurement and manpower performance and have some knowledge of the subject matter, so my purpose is to review the basic concepts of manpower performance and then explain, in some detail, our particular program. Manpower performance, in a broad sense, is the result of applying work measurement principles to projects performed by assigned personnel and comparing the results with predetermined goals.
