Abstract: The discussions at the Forty-Ninth International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement covered a wide range of important topics that included measurement and control of all hydrocarbon transmissions whether gas or liquid. Of particular interest to me were classes on orifice meters, ball valves for control, regulators, relief valves, and gas measurement by rotary meters.
