Abstract: There are many Clean Air Act regulatory developments that will impact the natural gas industry. The current developmental status of Title V operating permit programs, compliance Assurance Monitoring, and the Share-A-MACT/Industrial Combustion Strategy are discussed. In addition, recent guidance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding emission sources potential to emit and methods for streamlining the Title V operating permit programs are summarized.
