Title: Steel Pipeline Pickling Using The Wisconsin Public Service Methodology
Author: Patrick J. Callahan

Abstract: New pipeline construction provides for many opportunities to enhance the safety of the installers and the owners and the public. All throughout pipeline construction we look for areas of improvement, the excavation, installation, backfilling, restoration and public relations, but once the pipeline is finished and ready for commissioning everyone wants the gas to start flowing. The introduction of natural gas into a pipeline means the job is complete and the new line is in service.
