Abstract: Large capacity displacement meters are those used in the measurement of gas to the industrial or commercial customer. The break point between domestic and industrial meter capacity is somewhat arbitrary, but generally specified at 500 cfh. Large capacity meters must be capalile of measuring quite accurately over a wide range of flows, and normally at elevated pressures.
