Abstract: A set of design criteria for an electronic engine analyzer to be used only as a maintenance tool is proposed. Since no commercially available analyzer package satisfies the criteria, a homemade analyzer system assembled from discrete components and interfaced with commercially available logic circuitry which meets the criteria is described.
