Title: Liquid Flow Provers Conventional()
Author: Larry W. Pitts

Abstract: Meter provers are necessary for accurate measurement because custody transfer meters produce errors that are inherent in their design. These errors are the result of meter wear, and product characteristics such as flow rate, specific gravity, temperature, viscosity, etc. These inherent characteristics result in inaccurate output registration.
