Abstract: The problems associated with precise calibration of hiqh frequency voltages over a wide range are discussed. Based on ac-dc differences, an accurate voltaqe measurement technique is extended down to low levels. A method that provides ease of production testinq of the Fluke ?lodel 5lOOA Calibrator is described.
