Abstract: One of the basic laws of the market place is that a new product must offer more per dollar to the user than the unit which it was designed to replace. This is true whether it be automobiles or control valves . The maiket place for the gas industry continues to expand at a rapid pace, and from all the evidence available today, there is no immediate let-up in sight.
