Abstract: NOT unlike many other companies, Columbia Gas of Ohio, Tnc. follows a policy of having properly trained people doing most Jobs that are performed for construction and maintenance. This is not to say that we have a specific training program for each job classification, but we do emphasize key aspects of our work vith such programs for regulation, leak inspection, construction inspection, corrosion testing, welding, and now plastic fusion. All of these programs are designed to accomplish proper work techniques.
