Abstract: As an independent third-party contractor it is mandatory that we provide our customers with the most accurate results possible in arriving and calculating measurement errors. It is also our objective to continue to search for costeffective means in which to achieve those results. This paper will address one of those means we have identified by utilizing Small Volume Provers and our experience with them as it applies to Contract Meter Proving.
